RESONANCE: Ethiopia Guji Gerba Dogo Our current Resonance harvest comes from Gerba Dogo, a high-altitude farming area in Ethiopia's Guji zone. This is one of the oldest coffee-growing regions in the world where the Oromo people have cultivated coffee for centuries. This lot was grown above 2,200 meters by smallholder farmers and processed at Morkata Shonora's family washing station. Roasted lightly, the cup is citrus-forward, floral and bright.
