Our current Six String is from Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the world's highest coastal mountain range on Colombia's Caribbean coast. We build our dark and medium profiles from a single lot to highlight its unique potential, ensure freshness, and reduce our ecological footprint. Roasted medium, it's clean and structured with notes of chocolate and a bright, balanced acidity.
