RESONANCE: Tanzania Mbewe

Our current Resonance harvest comes from the Mbewe washing station in Songwe, Mbozi, Tanzania. Founded in 2018, Mbewe works with nearly 200 smallholder farmers growing coffee between 1,600 and 1,800 meters above sea level. The coffee is fully washed and dried on raised beds, producing a clean, bright cup with layers of raw sugar sweetness, citrus, dried fruit, and tea-like character. Roasted lightly, the cup is sweet and crisp with notes of citrus, warm spice, and black tea.
